You control access. Most clients give dashboard access to their HR Director, People Lead, or CPO. Some also share summary views with line managers or finance, the permission level is configurable. Your Quarterly Culture Report is prepared for leadership presentation if needed.
Every card we issue includes a documentation record covering the local tax rules for the recipient's country, whether that's trivial benefits treatment in the UK, gift reporting in the US, or equivalent requirements across our 190+ country footprint.
